18 U.S.C. § 2257 exemption statement

All images, videos and animations on Bunimate, including Studio generations, comics, Persona images and community posts, are created with artificial intelligence tools. They are not recordings of actual human beings, and no actual person appears in or performed for any of them.

Because the content contains no actual human performers, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, which apply to depictions of actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct, do not apply.

Our rules prohibit sexually explicit content of any real, identifiable person, including content made from uploaded photos, and any content that depicts or appears to depict anyone under 18. Prompts that point at a minor are refused automatically, and we remove prohibited content when we find it or it's reported to us.
