Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and GZ Consultant Ent. Inc. ("we", "us"), which operates Bunimate at bunimate.com. By creating an account or using Bunimate you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

1. Who can use Bunimate

• You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to view adult material where you live.
• Generating images, video and audio, and chatting with Personas, need an account confirmed as 18 or over. Signed-out visitors never see 18+ media.
• You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details private. Tell us straight away at support@bunimate.com if you think someone else is using it.
• One person per account. Don't sell, share or transfer your account.

2. What Bunimate is

Bunimate is an AI studio. Members generate images, video and voice or other audio in the Studio, make comics in Comic Studio, use character LoRAs, and chat with AI Personas in Persona Messenger. Members can post their creations to the community feed, their profiles and groups.

Everything made on Bunimate is generated with AI tools. Characters are fictional, and any resemblance to a real person is unintended.

Personas are AI characters, not people. Their replies, images and voice are made by AI models. Nobody on our team writes as a Persona. Chats with Personas can be sexually explicit for members confirmed as 18 or over. Personas can say things that are wrong, so don't rely on them for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency services, or in the US call or text 988.

AI output doesn't always match what you asked for, and similar prompts can give similar results for different members.

3. Content rules

You may not generate, upload, request, post or share anything that:

• depicts, suggests or sexualizes anyone under 18, or presents any character as a minor or as child-like, in any context;
• shows a real, identifiable person in sexual or intimate content, or is a deepfake of a real person;
• uses images of a real person without their consent. Images you upload are used as references and editing input, so only upload images you have the right to use;
• shows non-consensual sexual activity, sexual violence, incest, bestiality, snuff, scat or real-world illegal acts;
• promotes terrorism, self-harm or extreme violence;
• promotes, depicts as desirable or facilitates sex trafficking, prostitution or any form of exploitation;
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• promotes hate, harassment or violence against real people or groups;
• is spam, malware, or an attempt to get around our safety systems.

Minors. We have zero tolerance for content involving minors. We remove it, close the account, keep the records the law requires, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and other authorities as required.

How we moderate. Here is what we do today:

• Every prompt is checked against a list of prohibited words our team maintains before it is generated. Words that point at a minor are always refused. Refused attempts are logged for our team.
• Only accounts confirmed as 18 or over can generate or chat with Personas.
• Images and videos shared to the community are rated for nudity. Anything marked NSFW is shown only to members who have confirmed their age.
• Posts to the community feed, profiles and groups appear without a person checking them first. Our staff act on reports: they review what's reported and can remove content, suspend accounts and close accounts.

Real people. If something on Bunimate looks like you or someone you represent, email support@bunimate.com with its link. You don't need an account to do this. You don't need to prove the resemblance is intentional; we remove content that plausibly depicts a real person.

We may remove content, and suspend or close accounts, that break these rules.

4. Your creations

• **Your rights.** You keep whatever rights you have in your prompts, uploads and creations. You confirm that you have every right needed to upload and post what you do, and that it follows these terms.
• **License to us.** We store and process your prompts, uploads and creations to run Bunimate for you. When you post something to the community feed, your profile or a group, or publish a Persona, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, promote and make thumbnails and previews of it on Bunimate for as long as it's posted.
• **Taking things down.** You can ask us to take down anything you've posted by emailing support@bunimate.com with its link.
• **Personas you publish.** Publishing a Persona shares her character definition and portrait. It never shares your messages or memories.

5. Tokens, plans, tips and earnings

• **Free tokens.** Every account gets free tokens each week. Free tokens and plans can have limits on how many tokens you can use within a few hours and within a week; your usage view shows them.
• **Plans.** Paid plans add a monthly token allowance. Plans renew every 30 days until you cancel. Some plans have a lower introductory price for the first 30 days, then renew at the plan's regular price. Both prices are shown before checkout. Tokens left in a monthly allowance end with that period.
• **Payments.** Payments are processed by CCBill, and the charge appears on your card statement as CCBill. Billing questions and cancellations can go to CCBill's consumer support at [https://support.ccbill.com](https://support.ccbill.com) or to support@bunimate.com.
• **Wallet tokens.** Your wallet holds tokens outside your free and plan allowances, and we may offer wallet tokens to buy. Tokens are spent in this order: free tokens, then your plan allowance, then your wallet.
• **No cash value.** Tokens have no cash value and can't be transferred except by tipping.
• **Tips.** You can tip creators in tokens. Tips are final once sent. Each billing cycle you can send creators up to a set share of your plan's monthly tokens, plus any wallet tokens. Free tokens can't be sent.
• **Earnings.** Tokens you receive as a creator go to your earned balance. You can move them into your wallet to spend on generation. Cash withdrawals of earnings aren't available yet. We'll update these terms before they are. We may hold, reverse or refuse earnings connected to fraud, chargebacks or breaches of these terms.
• **Fraud and money laundering.** Tips must reflect genuine support for a creator's work. Don't use Bunimate to move money between people, spend stolen or disputed funds, or tip your own accounts. We may ask for information to confirm who you are and where funds came from, may reverse tips and earnings, and may close linked accounts where we suspect fraud or money laundering. We report suspicious activity where the law requires.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, copy or redistribute other members' creations; don't use bots or scripts to access Bunimate or resell access to it; don't interfere with the site's security or other members' use of it; and don't use Bunimate to break the law.

7. Reports, complaints and appeals

• **Reports and complaints.** Anyone, member or not, can email support@bunimate.com to report content or ask for it to be removed. Include the link and what's wrong. You can also report a published Persona from its profile page.
• **How fast we respond.** We respond to complaints within 7 business days. We act on reports of non-consensual intimate imagery within 48 hours. We may remove content while we look into a report.
• **Appeals.** If we removed your content or acted on your account and you think we got it wrong, email support@bunimate.com and say why. Where possible, a person who wasn't involved in the original decision reviews your appeal, and we tell you the outcome.
• **Copyright.** Copyright complaints follow our [DMCA Policy](/dmca). Accounts that repeatedly infringe are closed.

8. Changes and ending your account

We may update Bunimate and these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you before it takes effect. You can close your account at any time by emailing support@bunimate.com from your account's email address. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Bunimate is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
