Privacy Policy

This policy explains what GZ Consultant Ent. Inc. ("we", "us") collects when you use Bunimate at bunimate.com, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• **Account details:** your email address, username, display name, profile picture and bio.
• **Age confirmation:** we ask for your date of birth before you can generate, chat with Personas or see 18+ content. We use it once to check you're 18 or over, and store only the result, when you confirmed and how. We don't store your date of birth. If you tell us you're under 18, we record that, and the account can't confirm again.
• **Prompts and creations:** the prompts and settings you use, images you upload as references or editing input, and the images, video, audio and comics you generate. Prompts we refuse are logged.
• **Persona chats:** the messages, photos and voice messages you send, the Persona's replies, the memories a Persona keeps, your relationship settings, and any Personas you create.
• **What you post:** community posts, comments, reviews, and your activity on profiles and in groups.
• **Payments and tokens:** your plan, token balances and history, tips you send and receive, and your earnings. Card payments are processed by CCBill. We don't receive or store full card numbers.
• **Reports and support:** what you tell us when you email support or report content.
• **Technical data:** IP address, device and browser type, and logs needed to keep the site secure and working.
• **Settings:** your preferences, such as whether 18+ content is shown to you.

How we use it

To run your account and Bunimate; to generate what you ask for and write Persona replies; to check prompts and keep the site within its content rules; to process payments and tips; to prevent fraud and abuse; to answer support requests and reports; and to meet legal obligations.

Automated processing

• AI models generate your images, video and audio, and write Persona replies.
• Every prompt is checked automatically against a list of prohibited words, and matching prompts are refused.
• AI vision models rate images and videos shared to the community as SFW or NSFW, and describe media for search and accessibility text. These services receive the media file to do this.
• If you use prompt enhancement, your prompt is sent to an AI model to rewrite it.

Who can see your Persona chats

Your conversations, memories and chat media are stored under your account with owner-only access rules. Other members, Persona creators and moderators can't open your chats, and our admin console has no message viewer. To write each reply, the text of your conversation is sent to the AI model provider, and voice lines to the voice provider. A small number of staff accounts have operational tools that can show an AI-written summary of a conversation, a model's recent reply text for a day of failure diagnostics, and a preview of media made in chats. These exist to keep the service running.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• **Supabase:** our database, sign-in, account emails, server functions and file storage.
• **Vercel:** hosts the website. Vercel Web Analytics counts page visits.
• **Cloudflare:** stores and delivers media files (Cloudflare R2) and runs parts of the site.
• **Modal, and GPU servers we run or rent:** generate images, video and audio from your prompts and uploads.
• **AI model providers:** OpenRouter (and the model providers it routes requests to), Venice, Novita, Makora and NanoGPT. We use one or more of them for Persona replies, prompt enhancement, content ratings, media descriptions and voice-message transcription. The provider in use receives the text or media needed for that request.
• **Voice providers:** Inworld, ElevenLabs and Speechify turn text into speech for Studio audio and Persona voices.
• **CCBill:** processes payments.
• **Google:** fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and music you play in Persona Messenger comes from YouTube.
• **Authorities:** when the law requires it, or to report illegal content, including to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

Your username, display name, profile picture and what you post are public. A Persona you publish shares her character definition and portrait, never your messages.

Media files are served from their own web addresses. Anyone who has the direct link to a file can open it, so don't share links to things you want kept private.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your settings. Vercel Web Analytics counts visits without cookies. We don't use advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open. Payment and token records are kept for as long as tax and financial laws require. Records we must keep to report illegal content are kept as the law requires. Content we remove, or that you ask us to take down, is removed from the site; copies may remain in our backups for a limited time.

Your choices and rights

You can update your profile and settings at any time. You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account by emailing support@bunimate.com from your account's email address. There isn't a delete-my-account button yet: our staff carry out deletion, which removes your Personas, chats, memories, stored media files and posts. Payment and token records are kept as described above. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, including to object to some processing or to complain to a data protection authority.

Adults only

Bunimate is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we close accounts we find belong to minors.

Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change and tell you about significant changes.
